Their way of doing interviews are not structured and lack originality. In many instances I was easily flanking the director for each question. The response I got from them was how their operations are not standardized and based on our covv nc ersationd, I can say that they do not want any change.

Interview
Pretty straightforward, they just asked me to explain my past experience that was listed on my resume, then explained what the role would require me to do. As long as you understand basic computer troubleshooting, you should be fine.
The entire interview process was incredibly smooth and well-organized from start to finish. The HR team and hiring managers were very nice people who made me feel welcome. Communication was clear throughout, and the questions asked were highly relevant to the role and my experience.
