Interview was professional, warm, and informative. They asked good questions of me while also answering my many questions about their company. It was a virtual/remote interview. We didn't make a good fit for each other, and the interveiwer let me know they were going to look for someone else 2 weeks after the interview. 10/10 would interview with this company again.

Interview
Multiphase interview process with an appropriate amount of staff involvement. Great questions and friendly process. Lack of salary range made negotiations difficult and hard to read. The company is growing fast, and appears to be hiring to help work through backlog projects.
