SunEdison Manager interview questions

HR contacted me via email to setup a phone interview with direct supervisor. After successfully going through that, followed up with another phone interview with his director. Final interview was face to face with the VP of the business unit and it took the form of a candid and open discussion, rather than the traditional interview questions.
