Suncor Energy Process Operator interview questions

Screening online video interview. A total of 5 or 6 questions that need to be answer and submitted. After they review your answers, you will be notified for a formal interview with a panel of 3 persons. Interview basically comprised 2 parts, Behavior questions and one or 2 technical questions. One of the behavior questions is how you handle a conflict. The technical question I can remember is locate a PSV on a P&ID.

Interview process was over a span of 4 months. Apply then digital interview. Next was the assessment reminded me of the ACT test in high school then finally the 5 panel interview online as well. Long process but fun and in depth.
