I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sunfire Solutions (Winston-Salem, NC) in July 2021
Interview
Zoom call, wasn’t told it would be a group zoom call. Listened to what sounded like a sales pitch, job listed as marketing but it’s actually sales door to door. Was informed they pay only for 3 days of training and everything else is commissions. Was told how usually you work door to door for around two weeks with a promise of a management position working in the “office” training others. Why don’t they just list this job as a sales job, waste of my time doing this interview.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Are you currently working somewhere now? Where? Tell me about yourself and your background. Then they ask all the others from the group chat. And you get to listen nervous interview answers.
After the interviewer talks about how she started at the company and is now CEO. Talks of how anyone can grow into management and make lots of “money”, she asks every person on the group zoom if this is something they would be interested in doing?
