The whole interview process was very relaxed. The lady who interviewed me was very nice very friendly. She asked a lot of questions and wrote it down on her forms. The questions are standard questions, and not hard to answer. The process was very relaxed, and she said they will get back to me in a few days.

Interview
The interview was pretty laid back, you meet the manager of the store and she asks you questions, the next day you meet the regional manager and he asks you question. They're basically getting to know your personality. They want someone fun and outgoing for the customers. If you like to interact with people then you're good for the job, there's a lot of interaction with the customers for this job.

Interview
There were two rounds of interviews. The first was with the store manager. She was very nice and easy to talk to. The interview was kind of informal because we did it at the store's register lol, but easy none the less. She liked me so she set up the second interview with the regional manager (I think) for the following Saturday. That was much more formal, but he was also a very nice guy and the interview wasn't anything too difficult. I didn't get asked those questions that go like "Tell me about a time you showed leadership", it was more "What does _____ mean to you?" and stuff. Overall a pleasant experience.

Interview
I met with my currently manager and she went over what they look for and what my expectations were, and made it seem really amazing to work for them. We went over the job, and discussed availability and salary expectations. She told me I was going to be full time. (How ever turns out it's only part time positions unless your a store manager)
