The interview was brief, but dove into customer satisfaction and importance of handling difficult situations. It was helpful in having previous retail experience in order to understand and answer relative questions that came about

Asked about experience, situational questions (was there ever a time where), if I'm interested in fashion, and register skills. Then the second in person part was role playing approaching a customer, giving advice, and testing a little knowledge about sunglasses like shapes and color theory.

Phone (asked about availability, location & if I wanted full time/part time) then in person. Asked simple scenario questions about how I handled conflict and describe how I would sell stuff.

Interview
It really depends on your manager as there’s no specific set guidelines. Generally easy questions and basic questions regarding sales. I’ve helped my manager come up with scenarios on top of some easy basic questions.
