I got a call from applying through Yorkdale's job bank.
I then was invited to do an interview
After the interview, I was told that there is a second interview where I have to audition with a sales associate.
I was offered the job after my audition
Interviewers were very knowlegable and relatable.

Very simple questions mostly behavioral and personality based. They were judging if I could make conversation and carry a convo even if it’s unrelated to selling. Very simple and casual interview, nothing out of the ordinary

The interview process was quite easy and straightforward. The hiring manager mainly wants to see your personality, and get to know you a little better. There were some behavioural questions to see how well you deal with customers.
