Called to Michigan Works for a one on one interview on a day when several other interviews take place. Basically if you get the interview and have a positive attitude, you get the job.

Typical Interview. Stay clean cut. Firm Handshake and have a personality. Make sure you look the interviewer in the eyes and be positive and enthusiastic. HR is wonderful and really can tell when a person is being honest and is a hard worker.
