3 round process. First with the recruiter, just initial screening. Then with the Engineering managers (usually 2) that ask you to design panels on AutoCAD along with answering questions on a google form.

Interview was in 2 parts. One general interview to see how compatible you are with the company and an assessment to demonstrate your understanding of related software and industry knowledge.
Pretty simple interview process recruiter contacted me then two days after had a full interview. Consisted of 60 minutes of testing and 45 minutes of them getting to know you.
