Calls me, miss phone call so I call back. Claims not to know who I am due to calling too many applicants.... asks me where I'm working, next question before even going over my experience is what's the lowest salary I would take and to keep in mind I don't have any solar experience. RED FLAG

In person with owner of company, we chatted via email first, then set up a 1:1 interview at a coffee shop. The owner had lots of promises, guarantees, and spat out a lot of attractive numbers to reel me in.
