Surface Shields interview questions

The interview process at Surface Shields Inc. was most definitely a long process. Having said this, I now understand why. SSI wants to make sure that the employee/employer relationship is mutually agreeable. They want to make sure it's the right fit both ways. For me, it was well worth it's wait/weight in gold.

The process was excruciatingly long and drawn out, be prepared to take several timed test including aptitude, personality and more. You will come back for multiple interviews, starting with the incompetent HR Director who will lead you to believe she is the decision maker until you get a call asking you to come in for additional interviews that linger on without any definite answers until you get hit with the final group interview.
