ESOP! Team-Oriented Leadership - I feel like a valued part of a team. Good solid product lines. Overall it's the talented employees who work together that make Garland Surface Protection a great place to work.

Cons

It feels like there's not enough hours in the day to accomplish all that needs to be done. This could be alleviated with more people (so I encourage you... come to Garland)!

The time spent in Customer Service was positive - was just as it was portrayed in my interview, so there were no surprises.
