You need to take 3 months training period ,and then based on your performance they select and then they analyse you for 30-45 days my giving small task ,then select
It was smooth and people were good behaving. Question were easy aswell but I got better offer else where so I did not take the offer. However, it is a good company and you can decently go for it. All the best!!
