There was a first round virtual / teams meeting interview. This was followed by a second round face to face panel interview. At the end of this process there was assessment to complete

2 interviews one with HR and the second with a Manager and ESG Director. Main questions involved my background, specific roles in ESG, technical skills. Very friendly interviewers, felt it was more of a discussion than an interview
