Interview was easy. 1st online questionnaire was filled up on their website. Next phone interview where basic questions relating to Troubleshooting internet and TV were asked. Next a face to face interview with the Manager was setup where again the same questions were asked but in a detailed manner.

Long-ish wait time but pretty quick interview, asked me about how I would deal with irate callers, how I felt about processes and flows on phone, and asked for specific scenarios regarding tech support calls.

the interview process is too lengthy and I have got selected after giving 3 times.one of the time they rejected me to attend the interview because of wearing jeans.there is aptitude test, language and typing skills is also main part for the selection.
