It was easy to get job.they are more oppourtunity to atten an interview.to atten an interview hiring for bpo join in chennai city...please don't ignore this sutherland company..it was a awesome company to work it..they are many sources at sutherland company.

The interview mainly checked our communication skills. Beyond that, I wasn’t sure about the process, so I just tried to respond with whatever answers I could manage in the interview

The HR was very rude. She behaved badly. This situation made me not go with the process. Assessment test always showed error code. No assistance from assistant hr. So I had to log out of assessment test.
