      I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sutherland (Houston, TX) in Jan 2022

      Interview

      It was a live video interview with at least five other fellow interviewees at the same time. It lasted for about an hour. It was pretty laid back; they mostly focused on telling us all about the Sutherland and the position they were hiring for. Then they asked us all three questions; one question at a time and we all had to answer it one by one. Nothing too technical.

      30 minutes, stream lined with computer assessments. There was personality test on the computer , along with skill and typing words per minute testing . They did have Neveda job connect doing some assessments for individuals interviewing. It was very professional and 3 step process .
