There's no aptitude test since it's an bpo/call centre job .... they had Group discussion and telephonic interview to test our communication skill and english fluency....i got selected in Amazon NA role which is a night swift (US shift).

2. They'll give a topic you hv to speak about 1min.
3. Asked me about "what's success,goal and ambition".
The interview mainly checked our communication skills. Beyond that, I wasn’t sure about the process, so I just tried to respond with whatever answers I could manage in the interview

The HR was very rude. She behaved badly. This situation made me not go with the process. Assessment test always showed error code. No assistance from assistant hr. So I had to log out of assessment test.
