More focus was on your grammar and typing speed. They wanted everyone to type atleast 30 words per minute.
Writing skills were tested in the initial rounds as the job was for chat support.
Aptitude test was just a formality in guess.

the interview process is too lengthy and I have got selected after giving 3 times.one of the time they rejected me to attend the interview because of wearing jeans.there is aptitude test, language and typing skills is also main part for the selection.
