. I applied for the ED RN position.The Interview was very informal, I met with 2 Nurse ED managers and another co-worker , in an office, almost like a panel interview. The managers were very calm, I was anxious initially then felt relaxed as the interview proceeded. Its was mostly behavioral questions.

They went on an initial phone call and asked why I wanted to work for sutter. Then they talked about my experience and asked about what experience I have. They got to know a little about me and why nursing
The panel interview process is extremely intimidating. There are approximately 8 staff including, manager, assistant manager, and other nurses from the department. The manager asks most of the questions, while the other staff judge your answers.
Quick and simple. The manager called and I interviewed on zoom with them and a charge nurse. Called by HR within the hour to offer job. Good, easy experience. Expected questions.
