I applied online and uploaded my a PDF of my cover letter and resume. The next day I received an email requesting the 3 best times over the next week to receive a phone call for a telephone interview. I replied immediately, and the third day I received an email stating the date and time (5 days later) I could expect to receive the telephone call. About 8 minutes after the time specified, I received a call from the interviewer. She was well prepared, had my resume on hand and referred to it during the interview. She readily answered my questions.

I had mine in the morning but the people giving my interview were so nice. I actually enjoyed the interview. Really well conversation, gave them some info about myself. I asked follow up questions too. Given this was my first job interview, I felt confident finishing. I even got the job.
