Took weeks to even get a call to interview. They waste your time, because they already have A candidate in mind of who they are going to hire. Sometimes the interviews are through teams and sometimes in person.

The panel interview process is extremely intimidating. There are approximately 8 staff including, manager, assistant manager, and other nurses from the department. The manager asks most of the questions, while the other staff judge your answers.
