Interview
Swarovski retail is in a professional setting. Be sure to dress all black or with a white shirt is okay. Dress shoes is required. Interview was very smooth and done in the mall area. Be sure to do enough research about the company and it would be a plus if you have a favourite product of theirs you can talk about.

Interview
We met at the shop and went to the sitting area, where we conducted the interview in a friendly and open way. They do have to write your responses on a clip board so that is a bit intimidating.
Super easy, just sat in the food court and talked about some experiences and scenarios that I would encounter on the job. Heard back within a few days. Very laid back and nice.

Interview
Very casual, asked me about my prior experience in retail and customer service. The manager asked me what are the differences between a feature and benefit of a piece of jewellery and to give an example.
