Worst interview of my career! The person I was said to meet with did not show up and then was interviewed by an HR person. They had not read my CV at all (even after the fact this HR person had emailed me to come in for an interview). They gave me no eye-contact whatsoever, and although I met all the requirements for the job, proceeded to write down in paper that I did not have enough experience for this position.
They did not show any interest in me being there. HR is the face of a company's culture and that showed me it is not a company I want to work for.

Interview
After sending my resume i received a call within 2 weeks. The interview went very smooth. It took about 30 minutes. There was only 1 person interviewing so there wasn't any pressure. The
questions were the generic interview questions, such as your strengths, weakness and etc.
I sent an Email to follow up and was told that they are still interviewing and will get back to me within a week, but i haven't heard from them.

Angenehmes wenn sich etwas kühles Gespräch mit zwei Gesprächspartnern (Fachabteilung und Peronal) allerdings wenig professionelles Vorgehen der Personalvermittlung (Verzögerung,unklare Aussagen etc). Teil des Lebenslauf musste auf englisch erfolgen, ebenso wurden einige Fragen auf englisch gestellt. Letztendlich hat es für beide Seiten nicht gepasst.
