I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Swarovski (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in May 2012
Interview
Fair and easygoing. I was welcomed and offered a drink. The manager and assistant manager sat in the stock room at a table which I found initially unusual. They were friendly and open to small talk which put me at ease. They gave me plenty of time to answer questions and I believe it was this easy going and friendly demeanour which put me in good stead for the position.
