Sweet Robo interview questions

I had my first interview with Piny, but I received an email from Meital - HR. The first link to schedule the interview was wrong, so he had to send a new one. The interview didn't have many questions or much interaction. I moved on to the FINAL interview on the same day, but received a scheduling link with the same error. I requested a new link by email, and more than 10 days later, I received a reply saying they had moved on to other candidates. How could they call me for a final interview with a wrong link and not even give me a chance to be interviewed? It shows a lack of proper procedures.
