The interview process began with a phone screen with the team. During the phone screen, the interviewer took the time to get to know my background and give me more insight into the company. Overall this was very much a discussion of fit. After this initial phone screen, I was given an exercise to complete before the final round interview. The exercise took about an hour and was centered around understanding Swell's product. The follow up interview mostly focused on this exercise and within a few days of the follow up interview I received an offer over the phone.
