Interview will be taken over phone call. Panel interview will be conducted. Mostly questions related to scenario base or situational questions. Medical test security checks 3 weeks paid training will be provided

Easy ..straight forward and STAR method questions .. be prepared for talking about yourself skills and qualifications ..
they gonna give you feedback within 2/3 weeks .
Keep updated your cv and bussiness attire is always important.
Very easy and quick. Comfortable and group interview no one on one, which make it very less daunting. The makers were very supportive and approachable.
Allowed us to choose between domestic terminal and international which is great gives you variety in learning .

It was a Comfortable and professional environment, starting with a presentation then a one on one, this was relaxed and straightforward.
Questions asked about good and bad customer service experiences, also asked to give an example of how you handled a difficult situation.
