Interview
Great Sales Leader was enthusiastic about moving me through the interview process. The second interview was with their CEO. He was late to the interview, took a personal call during, didn't ask many interview questions, was rude, and ended the interview early. Complete waste of time and not a great way to treat potential employees.

CEO was too busy yawning and not engaged to ask much of anything.
Phone interview first and then an in-person interview. The interview is with SwitchPitch's CEO, Michael Goldstein. He is very enthusiastic about his job and really wants to make sure who he is interviewing is the right fit.

I went in to meet with their CEO, Michael Goldstein after email communications for about 2 weeks. The process as a whole took about 1 month and was very personalized. If you are thinking of interning here, do it. Everything is performance based and self driven.
