1st collect my CV, then shortlisted my CV, the they take a HR round interview, Then shortlisted me to for the next level, then take Technical round and finally selected me as their employee.

Recruitment through consultancy ....Technical and HR round ..2 stage interview system. In technical round question on analysis and basic food technology papers. HR round consist if some basic question like you may be call on holidays...will it be suitable for you?
