There were a total of 2 rounds. The first round was a phone screening call that included basic interview questions. The second round interview was in person at their office and consisted of a mix of behavioral and technical questions, as well as numerous questions about my experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Synapse ITS in July 2025
Interview
The interview process was too easy and honestly I felt over qualified for the position.
I received a phone call that lasted maybe 5 minutes from a rushed recruiter.
I then had a 1 hour interview. Not many questions were asked because my resume / portfolio pretty much answered the questions she had
It took 2 weeks for me to hear something back. And it was only because I reached out multiple times. I received an offer from a more established company, but thought it would be professional to advise Synapse-IT in the event they wanted to move forward. I reached out to recruiter and instead of sending me a personalized email back. I literally received a robotic “thank you for your interest”. I would stay away from this company. It makes sense as to why they have been looking for someone to fill this role for months. If you have actual talent and experience don’t waste your time because they will definitely waste yours!
