      The interviewer was focus on tech questions, and specif questions about my jobs in my country and not about my experience in the last 7 years. She did not ask any questions about my customer service's skills. Weird interview

      I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Synchrony (New York, NY)

      I applied on their website. Did the personality test and the actual customer service test where they give you fake accounts and ask you questions a customer would ask. After completing that they gave me a call and did a interview confirming by employment history and a few questions. Then we set up a actual interview. The first time I applied I didn't have a car and the location was to far so I canceled my in person appointment. The second time I had to reschedule the appointment due to personal reasons. I got interviewed by two people. One manager and another a customer service rep. One of them interviewed me in Spanish and the other in English. They asked me to read something in Spanish and then translate a given sentence from English to spanish. After the interview they gave me a call minutes later to offer me the position.
