I submitted the application online and got a phone call requesting to set up an interview couple of weeks later. Did the interview online and received offer the week after.

Interview
Applied online and received a request for a phone interview a week later. Phone interview asked only behaviour questions and no questions regarding the actual job. They only asked about 3 or 4 questions and the interview lasted about 20 minutes.
