      Syneos Interview

      17 May 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Syneos Health

      Interview

Two phone interviews, one in-person interview. Mostly behavior-based interview questions. Everyone was nice, but the process seemed disorganized and slow. I could see the red flags clearly while speaking with people. Left that day feeling conflicted because the position sounded interesting, but I could tell people were burned out and unenthusiastic. Got a rejection email the following week, and felt like I'd dodged a bullet. It was good to practice interviewing though!
