RSD showed eagerness and took a personal approach as well as the time in getting to know me as a candidate and giving me the opportunity to get to know her as well as Synthesia.
Following informal time we spent together the formal process was pretty straightforward with getting to know senior leadership as well as running a 'Challenge' where the task at hand was to build a PG plan. What ICP / companies would you go after? Who would you approach? What messaging would you use? Finally, this was concluded with a discovery call role play
