Synthomer Engineer interview questions

They were asking me whether im interested or not so i said yes since im looking for salary progression. Went for interview. Totally wasted my time and gas money. the interview process and questions were unprofessional. Up till now, no answer whether passes or not. Not a good culture. Imo, the comp prob good for fresh graduate but not for experienced engineer.
