The first interview was an online interview with the manager and an HR rep. The questions asked in that call were to ensure I understood the basics of software testing. The call lasted one hour. A week later, I was asked to interview onsite at T.D. Williamson. The second interview was with members of the team I would be apart of. Most of the questions were about the role of QA in software development and making sure I understood the processes. The second interview lasted one hour as well. It was about a couple of weeks until the recruiter reached back out to me with an offer.
