Applied as sophomore. 2 rounds, first phone interview with HR, second with three VP traders. Pleasant experience, very nice people. First round all behavioral, asked about previous experience at startup and why the company and the industry. Second round with traders a mix of technical and behavioral, but not that bad in general.
