I had a phone interview after uploading my CV, completing careers focussed questions and then online tests. The phone interview was roughly 10 minutes and I was asked 5 questions - they did allocate up to 30 minutes for this. I then heard back within 5 days.

They asked me how I would go about estimating the number of cranes in London
