STAR based interview with both recruiter and hiring manager. At least at the time of my interview, both were done over the phone. Just answer in STAR format, but that probably wont be enough

Tell me about a time you dealt with an unsatisfied customer.
the interview was very quick. at the time I interviewed in early 2020, I had one phone screen and one in-person interview. they use the STAR method in the in-person interview.
The interview process was very straight forward. They asked question and would prefer that you answer questions using the STAR method. That way your answer clearly states step by step what you did.
Interview process was standard and my interviewer was very friendly and personal. We started off going over my resume and for some items she would ask more in depth. Then we went into situational questioning where it was conflict resolution with customers, co-workers and different scenarios that could take place in the work environement and how I would respond to them.
