Interview
It’s well organised but there are too many interviews and process is very very slow. They offer you a choice to finish all your interviews on the same day or split it between two days. In my case, there was one initial interview and rest of the interviews were on same day before they came back with their decision.

Interview
The interview had multiple rounds: first a resume screen, then a behavioral interview, followed by a technical case. I spoke with analysts and a senior manager. It was intense but fair. Each round tested something different—fit, communication, and problem-solving. I felt prepared and learned a lot throughout.

They asked about my background, why I’m interested in the role, and why I chose their firm. In the behavioral round, they gave scenarios to assess teamwork and resilience. In the technical case, I had to analyze a company, walk through my assumptions, and defend my investment thesis.
It was not tough but definitely rigorous. Focus on talking about the culture and mission that they cater. The interview process also depends on what role you choose. It can be very open ended. Expect business case problems
