I was lucky and knew my hiring manager. Although, I was still interviewed for the position, even though I was practically guaranteed it without my one on one.

Question 1
I was practically guaranteed this position, so I really was only required to fill out the application and have a short conversation with the recruiter
Interviewers were very personable and wanted to get to know who you are as a person. Culture is a very big thing for them and they want to make sure they hire the right people.
The interview was easy! Just a few behavioral and lightly talking through technical questions. The decision took 4 months after the interview which for a Superday hiring event is absurd.

What is the most meaningful project you have worked on?
The process was easy. It was a two stage interview. The first one is a hlaf hour and the second is an hour. They were both on zoom. The first one is with one person and then the second one you are with one perosn and then it goes to two people.
