I spoke with the Sales Manager first, and he wanted to know about how I get along with people and basically am I personable. Then, after he approved of me as a candidate, I spoke with the Financial Services manager who wanted to know about my background in Accounting and Financial Services, as well as my education and experience. She wanted to know whether I could do the job I said I could do.
