Amicable, fair and overall welcoming environment. Standard run of the mill questions: professional and academical experience, hobbies, career goals, previous work life culture. Spoke to two team members, line manager and another member of staff that you'd be working with.

Easy process. Followed standard procedures. Questions were not designed to trick anyone. No psychological testing. Background check required. Didn't get to meet any of my co-workers, which would have been nice. But the person I interviewed with was very forthcoming and represented them well.
