Pros
Absolutely nothing! I strongly mean it! Stay away if you want to keep your mental health! They cheat and it's modern slavery. The managers get high salary which is 4x higher and will never take responsibility. High turnover in the team which shows managers and owner don't care about you. Managers don't give you pay rise because they want to protect their high salary! You can die in hospital and the owner and manager will not believe you are sick.
Cons
Don't care about you and also doesn't care about your mental health. No support from colleagues and upper management will put the blame on you so they can look good in front of the owner even though the management are in complete fault and will never ever help you! It's a very very toxic place to work. They cheat their clients and cheat the people working for them. It's a poison place to work and extremely depressing! No one can laugh or be happy or they think you are not working! Please stay away for your own health being! Managers don't care why they have high turnover of people because they want to keep their high salary!
