Interview
Applied online with my resume. Lots of questions I had to answer. I then got a call back a couple days later asking for an over the phone interview. After that I went in for an official interview. Met the branch manager for the branch I applied at and the recruiter. Basically got hired on the spot. Recruiter called me back 3 hours later.
Easy go through several people and then meet with hiring manager of the branch you'll be at. As long as you have your answers planned out and sound confident you should be okay

Interview
Very professional, friendly, straightforward, and interesting. Manager makes you feel welcome and comfortable. This was my best and favorite interview experience of all interviews i've had before. The interview reflects the work environment very well.
