The Interview Process was smooth—first a phone interview and then an in-person interview. Just be yourself, and sound confident in what you say. They ask questions about yourself and how you can contribute to the team.

Question 1
What has been your past experience working with customers?
Got a communication to set up an in-branch interview. Sat with the store manager and was asked questions. These questions were about discovery, background, situational, and behavioral tasks, and past experiences.

The interview was a lot of behavioral questions. It was three parts: two phone interview and one in-person interview with the manager. Everyone was nice. Be sure to talk about previous work-background experience.
