Phone Screening by HR. There were a number of general questions about strengths and weaknesses, and also behavioral questions on how you interact with clients in certain situations. The interview took 30 mins and I was given approximately 8 questions. The interviewer was very professional. It appeared that the company is looking for IT-related academic background and also work experiences conducting IT Application audits.
