I was contacted by a recruiter about a Store Supervisor position I applied for. She set up a time and then ghosted. She never called. I emailed her and zero response after four days. I think I'll move my accounts to another bank.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None. She never called after setting up the interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TD (Boston, MA) in Apr 2012
Interview
For store sups all they want is basically a mix of a great CSR and a head teller, my advice is make sure you know how to sell the bank products and keep a great balancing/operations record. Become cross-trained or have teller experience and a little of management too, if not then try and gain experience on your own. Always go the extra mile (if applying internally) and make your name be known to the Regional Manager that way.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TD (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
Interviews are fun and innovating. They explain the culture of the company in depth. TD is quite different and "bubbly". Even in the interview that is highly expressed. They interview process was not intense but much more relaxed and inviting.
